I am happy to share my learnings in leveraging a digitized and agile organization, strategy and culture in corporate and/or innovative environments. I live my professional life and leadership with the belief that “a great team can achieve everything” (and now being father of three little kids I am thinking about similar learnings at home…).
I was the lead singer of a band, built up a web development startup, led a people & organization team and in my role as COO of moovel / REACH NOW (a Daimler / BWM corporate startup) I supported the growth and the strategic direction of the organization. In the course of the last years I dealt with implementing OKRs, scaling companies and shaping modern innovative company culture. I was responsible for new market entries and (organic and non-organic) growth of digital platforms, operations of existing products and the overall development of several product lines.
Working as a consultant and coach - I love to empower companies, managers, leaders, teams and individuals on the topics "digital transformation", "vision, mission & strategy", "management & leadership" and "agile organization".
What drives me? - I love to discuss what digital transformation really is about, what exactly is important to the company culture and methods and how “agile leadership” can support facing this big challenge - and why it is a good idea to listen to Mike Tyson on this matter...
